Before
Aiko lost two or three sessions a month to clients who simply did not show up. Each one was a half day she could not sell twice.
The switch
She added a 30% deposit to every booking and a reminder the day before the shoot.
Now
No-shows stopped. The deposit is credited to the final invoice, so clients see it as fair, not as a penalty.
The first deposit covered a year of Studio.
